Yamaguchi Trip: Tonkotsu Ramen

During my trip to Yamaguchi, I was taken to a popular ramen shop that had recently opened near my relative's house❣️ They offered two types of tonkotsu ramen 🐷 ────────────── 🥢 Rich and Flavorful Tonkotsu Ramen… 900 yen 🥢 Light and Clear Tonkotsu Ramen… 880 yen ────────────── "Rich and Flavorful Tonkotsu Ramen" The natural umami and aroma of pork bones... It was rich but not overly heavy, so I could finish the soup completely 😋 For flavor adjustments, they provided separate plates of spicy miso and grated garlic. For the rich flavor option, you could choose between thin noodles or medium-thick noodles 🙆♀️ Since extra noodles were only 150 yen, I tried both types, but I preferred the medium-thick noodles as they absorbed the soup better and had a satisfying texture ☺️💕 "Light and Clear Tonkotsu Ramen" A clear soup that you wouldn't believe was made from pork bones 🍜 Apparently, it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare 😳 There was no unpleasant smell at all, but the umami was deeply infused, making it light yet satisfying. It seemed suitable for people of all ages, even those who usually dislike tonkotsu.
