Mae Sap Cave

Tham Luang Mae Sap or “Rainbow Cave” is located in Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province. It is a medium-sized limestone cave with a depth of about 150 meters. Inside, there are beautiful stalactites and stalagmites and stone thrones. Some areas have colorful patterns resembling rainbow curtains. To visit the cave, you have to walk up a rather steep staircase. Be careful. There are officers to lead the way with safety equipment such as helmets and flashlights. The entrance fee is 20 baht per person.
