😭 Their 15th anniversary special lunch set had me stuffed to the brim!! The first dish already blew me away! The seasonal salad🥗 was refreshing and appetizing, while the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was so tender it jiggled~ The star of the show - the seasonal sashimi trio - was so fresh it made my taste buds dance!! The sweet shrimp had such a bouncy texture it seemed to dance in my mouth🦐 The salmon belly melted instantly, and the scallop was delightfully crisp!! The absolute showstopper was the teppanyaki abalone!! The abalone was still moving when served, sizzling as the chef grilled it right before our eyes - the chewiness created incredible strands when bitten!! Paired with the chef's special sauce, the umami flavor doubled💥 The Australian wagyu was simply extraordinary - juices burst out when cut, so tender it dissolved on the tongue🥩 The tempura selection was also amazing! The batter was so thin it was translucent, and the prawns were so crispy even the shells were edible~ Every dish was so exquisite I almost didn't want to eat them, instantly earning the top spot on my Japanese food favorites list!! Foodies hurry up, this anniversary special is totally worth it!!
