Chasing Waterfalls and Cool Vibes at Saklıkent Canyon

#summervacay We decided to escape the heat and headed over to Saklıkent Kanyonu, and what a refreshing little adventure! This place is tucked away near Fethiye, and the minute you step into the canyon, it feels like you've entered a natural air conditioner. The icy water running through is freezing, but in the best way possible. Wading through the rushing stream with water up to your knees (or hips, if you're short like me) was half the fun. You can rent water shoes, which I highly recommend unless you enjoy slipping on smooth rocks! The towering cliffs are stunning, and the way the light filters through the narrow path makes for some dreamy photos. There are also little snack spots nearby where you can chill after your walk. Honestly, it felt like a mix between a mini hike and a waterpark. Super fun, kinda wild, and totally worth it if you’re anywhere near Fethiye. Don’t forget a waterproof bag, you’ll need it!
