| Experience Local Charm. 🏨😌 Windsor Hotel Milan 📍🚶 Via Galilei, 2, Milan, Italy. Just a 10-minute walk from Garibaldi Train Station. We dragged our luggage from Milan Central Station, which took about 20 minutes—though a bit tiring, the scenery along the way made it all worthwhile. Republica Metro Station is also conveniently just a few minutes away. This hotel is truly a prime example of a fantastic location! 🏙️💕 It's only two or three metro stops from the Milan Cathedral, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel blends modern design with local flair, and the lobby staff were very friendly—I felt a warm atmosphere the moment I stepped in. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the gentleman at the front desk made me feel right at home, handling everything seamlessly. The wallpaper near the room entrance showed slight wear, but overall, the space was very clean and comfortable. 🚪🛏️ I stayed in a spacious deluxe room with an extra-large bed so cozy I never wanted to leave! The bedding was soft and genuinely comfortable. The room was well-equipped with tea/coffee facilities, a safe, and even a hairdryer. The decently sized bathroom had a bathtub, and the shower was fantastic with strong water pressure. The pillows and duvet were some of the most comfortable I’ve encountered while traveling—we slept soundly every night, and the room temperature control was excellent. 🍽️ Breakfast nearby was one of my most anticipated moments. Though the service in the dining area could be a bit indifferent at times, the breakfast itself was quite varied, offering freshly brewed specialty coffee, cereals, juices, pastries, and an assortment of cold cuts. Don’t miss their egg custard pastry—it’s absolutely irresistible! 🛍️ As someone who loves food and shopping, the nearby attractions and dining spots are must-visits. Piazza del Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are both within walking distance. The area around the hotel also boasts plenty of great restaurants, from Chinese-Italian fusion to seafood delights like Primè and Glory Pop, catering to even the pickiest palates. This place is truly great value for money, and I can’t wait to return to experience this charming city again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Milan! 💖
