Yumomi experience!

I went to Kusatsu Onsen and experienced yumomi! Yumomi is a unique bathing method in which the water is stirred to lower the temperature of the hot spring water without compromising its efficacy. I was taught how to do it, but it was quite a test of physical strength! The water was heavy and I struggled to stir it properly. I was advised that it would be better to use my legs and hips, but it was difficult. Since it was a very hot place, I sweated a lot and it was a good workout.
