Kaga Onsen Trip

At Kansai International Airport in Osaka, I exchanged my pre-purchased Kansai Hokuriku Pass for a physical pass. Then, I took the Haruka train to Shin-Osaka, transferred to the Thunderbird train to Tsuruga, and finally boarded the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Kaga Onsen. The entire journey took about three and a half hours. From Kaga Onsen Station, I conveniently reached my accommodation using the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Although the lodging was a bit pricey due to its onsen facilities, the amenities, large communal bath, outdoor onsen, and foot bath were truly excellent. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, enjoying nearby sightseeing, relaxing in the onsen, savoring delicious food, and spending quiet time. It's a perfect destination for a peaceful getaway.
