Tangkuban Perahu – A Scenic Volcanic Escape

#cherryblossom25 My visit to Tangkuban Perahu was both refreshing and awe-inspiring. Located just north of Bandung, this active volcano is steeped in local legend and surrounded by lush forests. The view of the massive crater, Kawah Ratu, was truly breathtaking—misty, mysterious, and dramatic. I walked along the crater’s rim, soaking in the cool mountain air and unique geothermal scenery. Local vendors sold handmade crafts and boiled eggs cooked in the hot springs! It was an unforgettable encounter with nature and culture, perfect for a quick yet memorable day trip.
