It erupted in 1826, 1829, 1842, 1846, 1896, 1910, 1926, 1929, 1952, 1957, 1961, 1965, 1967, 1969, 1983, 2013 and 2019. . Actually tangkuban perahu is a legend about sangkuriang who fell in love with his mom, Dayang sumbi… as he failed fulfilling the mother’s requirements…Led by his anger, sangkuriang kicked the unfinished boat which become mt tangkuban perahu .
