1. Tibet Gate Bangkok with odorless lamb When thinking of Tibetan cuisine, one might imagine vegetarian dishes that are health-conscious. However, after opening up to explore and try the food at Tibet Gate, the staff recommended their lamb as the best. It’s odorless, tender, and delicious. We ordered the Lamb Tibetan Hotpot and Beef Momo Steam. The lamb was excellent, and the beef dumplings had a rich flavor that meat lovers like us would enjoy. For drinks, the staff suggested Tibetan butter tea. The first sip was salty, as warned, but as it warmed up, the saltiness mellowed, especially when paired with the soup and dumplings. Overall, we loved everything. Copper Beyond Buffet For a true foodie gang gathering in Bangkok, this time we planned to meet and enjoy a meal together. With four members coming from different regions—Khon Kaen (Northeast), Chiang Rai (North), and Surat Thani (South)—we entrusted Buakaw, our southern friend, to choose the restaurant. 🕰️ Operating hours: Dining starts at 5:00 PM, with a 2-hour limit 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: A wide variety of food options, including dishes to take away and those served at the table.
