Visiting Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok, my eyes were instantly drawn to the dazzling halls and intricate murals. Particularly striking was Room 22, which depicts the water-drawing ceremony. This artwork not only showcases the cultural depth of the Ramayana but also immerses visitors in the awe-inspiring realm of religious art. The Emerald Buddha, revered and sacred, symbolizes the core of Thai faith, and the ritual of the king changing the Buddha's robes according to the seasons reflects the fusion of tradition and monarchy.
