Athens｜Four star hotel in city center

I had a short stay in Athens this time, so I booked a hotel in the city center. I took a taxi there in the evening and checked in after midnight — there was still someone at the front desk to assist. The room was quite spacious — perfect for two people, with plenty of room to open up suitcases. There was complimentary water on the desk, and the bathroom had slippers and other amenities. Getting around during the day was super convenient. Just a short walk takes you to great restaurants and coffee shops — the area is full of local life. If you’re planning to visit the Acropolis, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk to the base of the hill. Just follow the crowd up. Be sure to wear sunscreen in summer — the sun is intense from every angle!
