Greece fed us well—body and soul.

#mediterraneanfood Our trip to Greece was a sun-soaked feast, and the food? Unforgettable. Hands down the best culinary travel experience! For quick and delicious meals, we turned to gyros—fresh pita, tender meat, crispy fries, and creamy tzatziki, all for just a few euros. You really can’t beat that combo! We also indulged in heartier Greek classics like: Moussaka – layers of eggplant, spiced meat, and béchamel, baked to perfection. Lamb Kleftiko – slow-cooked lamb wrapped in paper with lemon, herbs, and vegetables. Spanakopita – Flaky spinach and feta pie. With the summer heat, ice cream became a daily ritual (no regrets), and iced coffees—especially frappés—kept us going between beach days and sightseeing. We sipped local wine, ate baklava for dessert (layers of honey-soaked pastry and nuts), and basically lived our best Mediterranean life.
