⁡ 【Hokkaido / #HappyCheeseFactory】 A cheese shop on the mountain in Ashoro Town, west of Lake Akan. @shiawase.cheese The refreshing greenery was so pleasant that I ended up staying there for a while while enjoying my coffee and ice cream. ⁡ I was given milk to make cheese, and it was so delicious that I wondered what kind of milk I had been drinking until now. ⁡ It seems that cheese reflects the scent of the grass that the cows eat and their physical condition, and one of the joys is that the taste changes depending on the season. I was shocked to realize that the standardized cheese sold at supermarkets is actually unnatural. ⁡ I took home the cheese that won the Japanese Grand Prix.
