A hillside park lying at about 220 meters near Mt. Tosshozan on the boundary of Asahikawa and Pippu‑chō, maintained by the Otokoyama sake company. Its appeal centers around vast clusters of wildflowers—especially katakuri (ficaria) and Ezo-engosaku—which bloom profusely from mid‑April to mid‑May. Admission is free, and the park opens seasonally only during flowering. Parking for about 200 vehicles is available.
