Thai Tea Specialty Cafe in Bangkok

Karun is a Thai Tea specialty shop and everything served is nothing but Thai tea related. The cafe is found on the 6th floor of Central World shopping mall in Bangkok. Karun sells Thai tea which can be in hot or cold form, thai tea gelatos and even ice blended thai tea. The price may be a little pricey but trust me the tea is good. Gold dust is even sprinkled on top of your drink. So pretty! I ordered their large cup 16 Oz thai iced tea and I like that it's not too sweet for 40% sweetest level. Yes, you can choose your sugar level at Karun cafe and the cup size too. For a 16 Oz cup, it cost 90 baht, which is steep compared to elsewhere. I just love how chill the place is and it's not overly crowded. It's a place where I can sip on nice thai iced tea and rest my leg after shopping at centralworld. Highly recommended! #tripblazers #bangkok

Terminal 21 Shopping Mall in Bangkok, Thailand

Terminal 21 Shopping Mall in Bangkok, Thailand

Address: 88 Soi Sukhumvit 19, Sukhumvit 19 Alley, Khlong Toei Nuea, Thawi Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand Atmosphere/Facilities: Air-conditioned, department store Features: World tour style, airport terminal design concept Average Price per Person: As you like Rating: Located at the BTS Asok station, this well-known department store is one of the popular ones in Bangkok. Its design style is mainly based on an airport, hence its name. Each floor has many different exotic themes, taking the characteristics of a country as the theme of the floor. Bangkok's department store counters are more or less the same, and everyday department store brands can be found in various malls. Only certain high-priced brands are available in a few specific department stores. Terminal 21 is considered one of the more accessible department stores. Each floor has cafes and food stalls, with the most recommended being the Northern Thai curry noodles, Thai boat noodles, and Thai dishes from Up Thai. Additionally, if you find the food stalls a bit pricey, you can try the food court where you need to buy meal tickets, with prices similar to street shops or roadside stalls. A hundred Thai baht is generally enough for a person to eat their fill. Due to the large crowds, the cleaning staff can be overwhelmed, and you might occasionally spot some small cockroaches. The air conditioning in this area doesn't feel very cold. It's crowded and not easy to find a seat. But you can enjoy local food at street stall prices in an air-conditioned room, which is much more comfortable than eating in a hot, fly-infested place. The taste is not bad, but also not particularly special. It's fine for a quick meal.

LYNX Specialty Coffee

LYNX Specialty Coffee

This shop located near Talad Plu. It offers few standard menu such as expresso, cappuccino, piccolo latte and some special menu such as omote cappuccino. Coffee is quite good. Actually it tastes better than expectation. Price is reasonable. There are plenty of seats inside. Yet, there is no parking space for this shop. Excellent specialty coffee & delicious cakes. They have a good selection of beans for the drip coffee; I had a choice of about 5 - 6 types from 3 different roasters. There's a fair bit of seating, but it can still get full. Very cute coffee shop! The coffee was yummy and had a lot a caffeine which is nice. I got the special iced capacino and I really liked it because it didn’t have any ice in it. So it didn’t get watered down. It also had very little sugar which I really liked! #café

patisserie @ thonglor soi 10

There are a lot of cake, dessert and beverages to select. Please be quick, a signature and new released cake was sold out quite early in the afternoon. The creamy chocolate & hazelnut filling is light. Also got La Rosie which has a raspberry, lychee, rose & yogurt filling. Although the flavor combination is great, the taste is a bit more on the sweet side. I already marked this place as one of my favorite cafe. Cakes are very pretty but the taste is just ok for my tastebud. They also serve variety of teas and presented nicely. #thailandtrip #bakery

Mamuang Cafe Lan Luang

The old days spent their lunch break wandering out for coffee, the same as hot cappuccino and waffles, starting with ordering in a small window in front of the store before settling into the store. For the atmosphere inside the shop is Japanese style, there are 2 types of seats: regular tables and chairs and sitting on tatami mats. There are various kinds of souvenirs to support ... let's talk a little more about cappuccino coffee. Coffee tastes good. Not too rich or too light in flavor Called it to feel refreshed in the afternoon comfortably. In the dessert section, waffles Make a picture of Nong Candy. Crispy on the outside and soft inside Just right taste Not too sweet And there is strawberry cream for dripping as well, but in fact, just eating it plain is delicious. The shop is located at the Phan Fa Bridge intersection, it is not difficult to find, but if driving, you will have to find a parking space But not too poor In any case, I would like you to come try and taste it. # Want you to try #café

Guide: You can also get a massage at the Grand Palace.

Guide: You can also get a massage at the Grand Palace.

[Grand Palace Guide: Ordinary tourists can also enjoy royal ancient massage in Bangkok Grand Palace] Although it is the royal territory of Thailand, #Traveling to 40 countries# also enjoyed an ancient massage here. Thai people can enter the Grand Palace for free, while foreign tourists need to buy a tour ticket for 200 Thai baht = 40 RMB. Since this is my third time visiting the Grand Palace, this time I mainly experienced the royal ancient massage. Thai-style massage on the Thai market usually costs 200-300 Thai baht per hour (40-60 RMB), while the Grand Palace's massage costs 480 Thai baht per hour = 96 RMB. When I arrived yesterday at 16:50, the massage ended at 18:00, so I only booked a half-hour massage at 17:30 (380 Thai baht). After booking, you can visit the Grand Palace before the appointment time. The most amazing thing here is the Sleeping Buddha Temple, with a huge golden Sleeping Buddha without any seams. It's strange how it was moved into the temple. It turns out that there was a Buddha first, and then a house was built around it. Even more eye-opening is that each of Buddha's toes is actually the same length. Talking about massage again, all the masseurs are over 40 years old and have skilled techniques. Most of the clients are white. The palace courtyard is also filled with sculptures of various postures and stretching movements of Thai massage, which can be considered as promoting Thai massage and health culture. The reason why Thailand can attract tourists from all over the world and keep them coming back is because of its high cost-effectiveness. Just think, if you could get a traditional massage in the Forbidden City in Beijing for just over 90 yuan, wouldn't you be overwhelmed by the crowds of tourists waiting in line? In addition, there are some light gray sculptures that are obviously legendary figures in China, such as Guan Gong and Maitreya Buddha. Thai people say that these are cultural relics brought from China in history. #Explore Thailand after the pandemic# Part 19.

Wat Mahathat: A Free Temple in Bangkok

Wat Mahathat is one of the most historically significant Buddhist temples in Bangkok, beloved by tourists for its spectacular architecture and rich cultural heritage.🫶🏻 🌟Free Admission The temple offers free entry, allowing visitors to explore at their leisure. The temple paths have a garden-like atmosphere, making it an impressive and ideal place for a stroll.🙌🏻 🌟Temple Style While the architecture here may not be particularly grand or luxurious, this very simplicity sets it apart from other famous attractions like the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, showcasing a more authentic side of Thailand.👍 Personally, I highly recommend this place!🌟🌟🌟 If your day trip schedule is tight, you might not make a special trip here, but you definitely won't regret visiting.🙌🏻
