Tokyo invites you to take part in a unique cooking class, unlock the secrets of Japanese cuisine in this bustling city, and embark on a journey of authentic food creation.

Exquisite course content: The course duration usually starts at 2 hours, focusing on classic Japanese dishes such as sushi, heart-warming miso soup, delicious tempura, udon noodles, ramen, and wagashi. You will learn the techniques of steaming and kneading sushi rice, master the precise heat of battering and frying tempura, and the fine details of processing various ingredients, such as the selection and slicing of sashimi ingredients, and deeply experience the delicacy of Japanese cooking. Usually, students can make 5-7 authentic Japanese dishes in one class. After the course, they can take away exclusive Japanese recipes with the chef's intimate tips, so that they can restore the delicious taste at home and continue the memory of Tokyo food.

Small class teaching, professional teachers: The classes are usually small. This size can ensure that the chefs can give students sufficient guidance, and students can freely exchange experiences, inspire each other, and climb the peak of Japanese culinary skills together. All chefs are masters of Japanese cuisine with many years of practical experience. Some of them have worked in well-known Japanese restaurants or hotels, with superb skills and rich experience. The teaching adopts demonstration and practice at the same time, correcting errors while explaining, and carefully controlling the teaching process to help students improve their cooking skills.

Well-equipped: The cooking area is clean and tidy, with spacious space. It is equipped with professional sushi counters, precise temperature-controlled fryers, etc. The kitchen utensils and tableware are exquisite and in Japanese style. The ingredients are fresh and seasonal, coming from high-quality suppliers in the market, such as plump tuna and soft Koshihikari rice, which inject soul into the dishes.

Experience cooking courses in Tokyo, relying on exquisite courses, expert guidance, excellent facilities and meticulous teaching, to help you become a Japanese food connoisseur and leave an unforgettable impression of food.

A Visit to the Renowned Sushi Dai Honkan in Tsukiji Market, Tokyo

After snapping photos of Tokyo Tower at Shiba Park around 8 pm, I found out that Sushi Dai Honkan, just outside Tsukiji Market, was still open. I made it there just before closing, and thanks to the rainy weather, I avoided the usual queues (last time it was over an hour wait). I went straight for the 'Chef's Choice' set A, which included a hearty serving of 9 nigiri sushi, 2 tamagoyaki, 6 tekka maki, plus 2 pieces of my choice, accompanied by miso soup and tea. (The restaurant only allows photos of the food, and since the chef spoke in Japanese, I focused on enjoying the meal). For my two additional nigiri, I selected fatty tuna and scallop from the special menu. The combination of the fatty sweetness and the vinegared rice was so good that I nearly devoured each piece in one go! Unlike Sushi Dai at Toyosu Market, which requires an early morning visit to secure a queue ticket, this main branch a short distance from Tsukiji Market's outer area attracts fewer tourists and more local Japanese patrons, particularly in the evenings after work. (If you're willing to wait, you're guaranteed a spot). Having not tried the Toyosu location, I can't make a direct comparison, but the no-wait experience here is undoubtedly a win. I was the last diner of the night and left right after my meal, feeling incredibly lucky! Business hours: 10:30-22:00 Address: 6 Chome-21-2 Tsukiji, Chuo City, Tokyo 104-0045 Japan

The alley nearby Shin Udon towards Azuki to Kouri is lovely. It is a short 7 minutes walk between these 2 shops so it is also easy to plan your reservation timing. Along this street, there are also many cafes and restaurants too. There are housing apartment on the upper level and towards to the next street, there are private housing too. You can also spot expensive cars at the parking lots and there is even a Thailand tuk-tuk outside the Thai restaurant. The roads in Japan are easy to walk because it has been planned for both pedestrian and cyclist to walk on the side. You will also pass by a train track and this is controlled by traffic lights so when the train is passing by, the access is closed. #wheretogo #japan #tokyo #liveyourdreams #takethattrip

#japantrip A friend of mine wanted to go, so I went with her. I visited around 13:30 on a weekday and was able to get in without waiting m. I had pancakes with bacon and eggs, and my friend had lemon and maple sugar . The pancakes go well with eggs and bacon, and you can also drizzle maple syrup if you like, making it both salty and sweet. The lunch set coffee and tea were of good quality and got me excited.

Romen's

Romen's

Today's lunch ramen is closed on Sundays if you want to go to "Shigure" in Ise Saki Chojamachi. Many ramen shops in Yokohama are closed on Sundays. That's why I brought my younger brother and parents to "Romen's" in Minami Ward, which is becoming an annual event every Sunday. This is an affiliated store of Susurima Senka, G Men 7 in Kamiookanishi and above the river. The tabelog rating is 3.62, which is a fairly high rating. I've been to this restaurant many times, but I saw the word that salt butter was delicious, so I went there. So, I arrived at the store around 11:30 and entered the store without lining up. I ordered salt butter ramen. First of all, soup. A salty taste that is stronger than it looks. I feel a little shellfish soup stock. Mecha is delicious. The noodles are straight round medium thin noodles. This also has a texture and is deliciously entwined with the soup. Butter is not included from the beginning, but is added at your own timing in the middle. After eating about half, add butter. Ah, the more I wish I had added it earlier, the better it goes with this salt soup. All the younger brothers ordered soy sauce, but I personally felt that salt was better. Personal evaluation ★★★ ☆☆

Charming Cafe in Setagaya: Pamse

#celebrateit If you're looking for a cozy spot to relax in Setagaya, Pamse in Akatsutsumi is the place to be. This small yet inviting cafe offers a warm, at-home atmosphere where you can unwind with a cup of coffee and some delicious treats. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, and the friendly vibe makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s place. One of the highlights at Pamse is their tempting array of baked goods and sweets. I had the pleasure of trying their Mont Blanc, and it was absolutely divine! The meringue topping had the perfect crunchy texture that paired wonderfully with the smooth chestnut cream. It's definitely a treat you don't want to miss. **Why I recommend Pamse:** - The cozy, homey atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. - The irresistible selection of pastries and desserts, especially the Mont Blanc! If you’re in the area, make sure to stop by and enjoy a little slice of heaven. 📍 Address: 3 Chome-3-16 Akatsutsumi, Setagaya City, Tokyo 156-0044 #Setagaya #Tokyo #Japan

shiraiwa okonomiyaki and yakisoba

#wecreate while I was in Tokyo Asakusa in Japan, I visited a nice okonomiyaki and yakisoba shop as I chanced upon it while walking along the streets. the prices were reasonably affordable and it was really crowded. I waited about 10-15 minutes before getting a seat. I ordered a mentaiko okonomiyaki and it tasted really good! they will cook it for you before serving you and it’s really delicious. they were generous with the portion as well. the yakisoba was also very interesting and tasty. however will recommend sharing as these are quite oily and might be too filling if eating alone!

Half-Day Tour at the Ginza Goldfish Exhibition

I walked from Ginza subway station to the goldfish exhibition, which was not far away, and needed to take the elevator from Mitsukoshi to get there. Upon arriving at the exhibition venue, I was immediately stunned by what I saw. Being in this enchanting goldfish exhibition space, I felt an incredible sense of wonder and fantasy. Every corner of the exhibition seemed like a tiny underwater world, full of life and vitality. This goldfish exhibition provided me with a feast for both my eyes and soul, deepening my understanding and appreciation for these beautiful creatures.

Strawberry Dreams at Brewer's Coffee & Bar🍓

#getgoing2025 I visited Brewer's Coffee & Bar in the ANA InterContinental Tokyo with a friend on a weekday evening, and it was a strawberry lover's paradise! The buffet was bursting with beautifully crafted strawberry-themed sweets, from creamy tarts to fluffy cakes and even delicate mousses. Everything looked almost too good to eat! What made this buffet extra special was the elegant afternoon tea-style stand provided at each table. You could pick your favorites from the buffet and create your own picturesque display. It was not just about the flavors (which were amazing) but also about the fun of arranging your desserts. The atmosphere was stylish yet cozy, and the service was impeccable. Whether you’re looking for a sweet treat or a unique experience with friends, this strawberry buffet is a must-try. Why I Recommend It: A wide variety of stunning strawberry desserts that taste as good as they look. The tea stand adds a personalized and creative touch to the buffet experience. 📍Address: 1 Chome-12-33 Akasaka, Minato City, Tokyo 107-0052 ⋆ ・⋆ ・⋆ ・⋆ ・⋆ #trip #travel #traveling #Tokyo #Japan
