As the cultural and entertainment center of Australia, Melbourne offers a wide variety of activities, among which ice skating is a popular leisure sport. Whether in winter or summer, Melbourne's multiple ice rinks provide citizens and tourists with an excellent skating experience. O'Brien Icehouse is Melbourne's most famous ice rink, located in the Docklands area. This modern ice rink has two full-size ice surfaces and offers a variety of ice activities such as public skating, ice hockey, figure skating and curling. O'Brien Icehouse also offers skating courses for skating enthusiasts of different ages and skill levels. In addition, the skating rink has complete facilities, including rental services, cafes and spectator seats, making the skating experience more comfortable and convenient. During the winter, Melbourne also sets up temporary outdoor skating rinks in places such as Federation Square in the city center, adding to the festive atmosphere. These outdoor skating rinks usually host various themed events and performances, attracting a large number of tourists to experience. Whether you are a professional skater or a novice trying skating for the first time, Melbourne's ice rinks can provide you with a safe and enjoyable skating environment. Agathe Patisserie

#celebratewithtrip another must try in south Melbourne market would be Agathe patisserie. they serve really good bread and toast and it’s of course a perfect option or choice for breakfast when you visit the south Melbourne market in the morning! do note that there may be queues but don’t worry because it’s really quick and fast and you’ll get your bread in no time. my favorite is the pandan croissant. it’s unique and you can taste the pandan so well and it’s quite a nice flavor. almond scroll is popular too unfortunately I didn’t try it. the custard heart also looks really good. overall would recommend trying.

fed square Melbourne

#celebratewithtrip visited the fed square in Melbourne during my vacation here and I kinda like the outlook of this place. it feels really chill as there’s stairs like an Amphitheatre feels for people to just sit here and chill in the evening while waiting for the skies to turn dark and there will be some lights on some of the buildings making it quite pretty. it is just opposite flinders train station so it’s really accessible. at the fed square there are also some stores such as restaurants for dining and bars , and also shops to purchase some goods or souvenirs. overall recommended to just drop by and relax awhile here.

Pochana Melbourne

#australiatrip Pochana is the a new popular Thai restaurant that you can expect lines on the daily. The venue is huge and is very lively. The staff are friendly and work quickly. I’ve been twice and quite liked the whole fish with apple slaw on my last visit. This time I really liked the wok tossed crispy pork belly and pork mince skewers. The pad Thai was pretty average and could’ve had more flavour. The drinks are delicious and decent serving size. Overall check them out if you’re wanting street style Thai food.

Sensory Lab Specialty Coffee

Smacked in the heart of the city, this is a great place if you want to take a break from a full day of shopping. I also had a very interesting chocolate bar (vegan and gluten-free) to go along with my coffee and it was yummy. It was so packed with all sorts of things it almost didn’t taste like a chocolate bar. My first bite had chunks of dried coconut, the second was filled with crunchy nuts, and the next had some crisps in them, maybe even granola – it was all things crunchy. This is also another one of those go-to coffee places known for its consistency. 😋 #summervacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Carlton

#celebratewithtrip Carlton is a nice neighborhood in Melbourne and it seems to be quite quiet and peaceful when I walked past here. there were so many houses over here. private houses and they look quite pretty and huge. thought that it would be really nice living here with your family. the structure of the housings look cool and great as well as somewhat grand. it is about 3km north of Melbourne central so I suppose it is still rather convenient to live in this neighborhood and it wouldn’t be as crowded as in Melbourne central. there are cafes nearby as well for you to visit. overall very cool place and nice for some casual photo taking.

Melbourne, a place full of love.

Melbourne, a place full of love.

The earth is round, dividing this world into many countries, each with different beliefs. There are also many love stories circulating, love knows no borders, no ethnicities, it is sacred. We have heard of romantic Paris and beautiful Victoria abroad, today we will enter Melbourne, a place worth traveling to for those who yearn for love. Even in a foreign land, love is not lacking. Melbourne is a beautiful place with picturesque scenery, and at night, every place is filled with intoxicating beauty. From photographer Minghui.

western port

#celebratewithtrip visited the western port when I was in Melbourne for a day trip to the Philip island. this was part of the trip Organised by my tour group hence I was driven to the western port to explore the area. it is so beautiful and we went there before the sun set and it was already such an amazing and mesmerizing view to look at. however there was a time limit given to us hence we could not enjoy the sunset view over here as we had to head off to other destinations. it is a nice place for some photo taking and the scenery is really breathtaking. it is also a bit cold here and quite a bit to walk but still manageable.

beautiful architectures

#melbournetrip Melbourne architecture is really a beauty. You van roam around freely in the city and you can simply spot many beautiful buildings along the way. 1. Flinders Street Station - with the dome roof, this building is an icon which most relate Melbourne to. stand across the street and simply admire the exterior of the building with people crossing by you. 2. Fed Square - Melbourne's public square and the community heart of the city. this building gave me an arty feeling which give me a prelude to this amazing city.
