🥯 DROM – A Pastry Playground with bold flavors

Had brunch at Drom Bakery and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered the salmon bagel with an iced latte, and wow — it was so damn good! The bagel was fresh and chewy, and the dressing inside gave it an extra punch that made every bite unforgettable. Of course, I couldn’t leave without trying their famous pastries — and let me tell you, I went a little overboard (zero regrets). What stood out most was the Chocolate Hazelnut Richer Moon Rock — rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced. Definitely my favourite. What makes Drom special is not just the flavour, but also the playful shapes and creative fillings. Every pastry looks like a little edible art piece, and the textures + flavours are chef’s kiss. Sweet, savoury, surprising — a perfect combo in every bite.
