Renfe offers discounts for disabled individuals, providing up to 40% off. By purchasing a Tarjeta Dorada for €6, you can travel on AVE, Avant, and Cercanías trains for one year. Note that the discount on Avant trains is higher on weekends. Refunds or changes to your ticket depend on the type of ticket and may involve a fee.

Renfe Over-60s Fare

Renfe offers up to 40% discounts for those aged over 60 with the Tarjeta Dorada. The card costs €6 for one year, €12 for two years, and €15 for three years.
