The customer service brother mark has a very good attitude. It is not a big deal. I was worried about the rain and canceled the day before the trip. I kept asking the customer service. The taxi arranged was very punctual. The view of the sightseeing bus was very good. The scenery on the road was more beautiful than the fjord. The time by car on the road was long, but it was not boring at all.★

Absolutely magical day! Very comfortable van. Loved the smaller group. Shelley was our driver and guide. Loved her experience and educating us along the way. Will never forget the experience. Our driver Sheil/Shale was the best. our group was on time and we had such sunny weather. Paying premium meant we got first dibs on the seats which helped a bit with my motion sickness. The views of the lanscape were spectacular and memorable and I got to spend quality time with my husband for our honeymoon. Definitely planning for another trip perhaps on our anniversary in the future and via helicopter.★

While this is a long day on a bus, Barry our driver did a fabulous job, enduring we were comfortable and pacing stops for food breaks and photo shoots. We were thrilled to see the young Kea in the wild! Our cruise was very enjoyable particularly since the boat took us up close to the cliffs & waterfalls. The sun shone & Fjordland, the forests, mountains, rivers & plains were truly amazing to experience.
