Although we only hired the driver without guide we are very happy with the service provided. We don’t speak Mandarin but we were able to communicate using the translator app. He was friendly and professional and we had enough time to enjoy Balagezong fully before catching our train to Lijiang. We communicated with Greg ahead of time and he make sure to include me with the local team in the group WeChat. Happy with the service provided and I highly recommend this service to anyone visting Shangri La and would like to have a driver and car for the day.★

Comfortable travel, professional driver, make me feel safe throughout the journey. William, he is my tour guide, not only a guide but also a lovely photographer, make me have beautiful pictures to take back to memory. He took care and recommended suitable travel for me and my family. Tiger Leaping Gorge is a wonder of rivers and mountains that is recommended to visit. Beautiful hot springs. Shangri-La Old Town is a beautiful city of more than 1000 years, but it still has its beauty and impressive culture.★

Since this was a private tour, we expected a personalized service. It went beyond our expectations. The guide Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable and shared with us many stories about the history and philosophies of the Monestary, the locals, the food, festivals and culture. The Tibetan family was warm and friendly, and we tried interesting local food, including Yak cheese and Butter Tea. There was also horse riding at the Napahai plains. A truly unforgettable experience!
