I had to go to COEX in a hurry and used it to go straight from the airport regardless of the hotel. Enter the ticket purchase screen before lined up for immigration, buy the ticket at the moment you decide to be in time, go through the immigration gate and run to the bus ticket office immediately. I exchanged it for the desired bus ticket. It was very convenient. I don't know when I can get on the way, so I bought a voucher for the return and made a seat reservation on the arex site (Japanese support).
