I was at a loss at the ticket exchange place. I was told that I couldn't do it when I showed the QR code, and I was told to go to the ticket office at No. 6. I don't know when I can get on the way, so I bought a voucher for the return and made a seat reservation on the arex site (Japanese support).
Just before, there were many cases where there was no seat and I couldn't ride 々, so I was able to make a reservation in advance for the seat and spend it with peace of mind.
