I don't know when I can get on the way, so I bought a voucher for the return and made a seat reservation on the arex site (Japanese support).
Just before, there were many cases where there was no seat and I couldn't ride 々, so I was able to make a reservation in advance for the seat and spend it with peace of mind.
Also, it is cheaper than buying at the counter, and I will definitely buy a voucher in the future.★

After booking with Trip.com, if you’re unable to get your seats assigned with the AREX website, don’t worry, just get to the station, then go to AREX information center and they will assign the seats for you. Either way, you need to get a printed ticket, they don’t let you use the QR code that you received after booking, so you must go to the information center anyways. Remember, get there with some time in advance since the process may take a bit.★

I had to go to COEX in a hurry and used it to go straight from the airport regardless of the hotel. Enter the ticket purchase screen before lined up for immigration, buy the ticket at the moment you decide to be in time, go through the immigration gate and run to the bus ticket office immediately. I exchanged it for the desired bus ticket. It was very convenient. I was worried about traffic jams, but I thought it would be faster and easier than going by train with a suitcase, but that was true. The seats were wide and I could sit comfortably.
