Excellent easy bike ride with electric motor help peddle bikes. Our tour guide Sylvia was very knowledgeable with rome history, very attentive and kept us safe. Safe crossings at traffic lights and use of bike routes and bike paths.
Toured the catacombs and Saint Sabastian church. Toured the Roman Aqua Duct through the country farm side, and stopped at a country club restaurant for the most fresh baked and prepared appetizers.
Toured back to the bike shop. Excellent 10 🌟 🤩 ★

The variety of the food stops on the tour was super and fun - even if you are familiar with Italian cuisine. Fabi shared lots of contextual information extending beyond the food experience, too.
The tour agency has ties with many of the vendors who were given a heads up when to expect us.
One word of strategic advice --- there are plenty of opportunities to stuff yourself with really good food as the tour progresses. .... so save some appetite for the gellato stop which is last.
