My favorite cooking class! Started with shopping in local wet market, then made spring rolls, followed by curry, and then banana dessert. My instructor was Sophen, aka Sakruonh. She was engaging, funny, provided easy to understand instructions, and taught me so much about Cambodia beyond just cooking. Thank you Sophen!
