Ticket collection is very convenient, as long as you scan QR CODE with the automatic ticket purchase machine, then select the date, then scan the passport, the ticket will be printed! Next time you will choose this convenient website to buy tickets.

There was a part in the product explanation that the deadline was 2024, so I made a reservation with a little anxiety. There were other parts that were 2025 or 2026, but please do not make a wrong description. The ticket (QR code) itself was usable without any problems. It's a great deal, so I don't think anyone who sees Kanazawa Castle will lose it.★

The replacement process is very convenient. Come out at Kansai Airport to find the JR pass counter and show the ticket purchase record.
I was lucky to meet the Chinese speaking staff and quickly helped me make reservations for my seats.
Later, I asked the staff in Kanazawa and the service was very good, helping to book the return reservation!
