Not quite friendly. Charge for infant even less than one year old. Were informed abruptly when asked as though I shouldn't have asked the question. Trip got cancelled because infant was unfit to travel but was rejected for full refund with no reason. Charge a partial cancellation fee. Trip.com was kind enough to make up the difference with Trip Coin. So the overall good experience goes to Trip.com and the team but rating is just poor to the supplier.★

The customer service staff was very friendly during the process, although there was no seat in economy class, and we quickly helped us change the ferry tickets for other classes and complete the order in just a few hours.★
