Onsen experience was not able to be fulfilled cause of limited time but you get to see the swans. It was a good day despite the traffic jam causing the delay. Our tour guide, Ben was excellent and so was our driver.  Fuji San at sunset was breathtaking and I considered myself very lucky to see that.

从最开始的疑问解答，到最后完成整个旅程，每一个工作人员都热心周到。当天在东京的导游非常贴心，还为大家准备了驱蚊水，没到一个地方都很为我们旅客着想，走的时候花了将近一个小时把我们到带到地铁站，还带领着我们买新干线的车票，带着我们上地铁，把第二天我们要走的线路都认了一遍，非常感动！家人般的温暖。当天开车的游师傅也非常好，当天下大雨，为大家提供雨伞，拿东西。7星好评都值得！

首先要夸一夸我们的导游【福卓】，超级温柔有耐心，期间出了一点小状况也都很耐心地解决了，而且还主动给我们拍照片，很奈斯。其次行程也不累，规划合理，我们去的时候天气不好都被云遮住了，幸运的是最后在河口湖看到了富士山的面貌，拍到了好看的照片，很满意了！

愉快的一天富士山團。行程緊湊一天去了好幾個網紅打卡地點，但都有足夠時間去拍照🤳。導遊Andy 很細心講解每個景點，又會很好的幫團友排隊買手信，節省時間👍🏻

A pleasant day at Mount Fuji Group. The itinerary was compact and I went to several online red punching places in a day, but there was enough time to take pictures 🤳. The tour guide Andy explained each attraction very carefully, and would be very good to help the group friends queue up to buy hand letters, saving time 👍🏻
