A Michelin two-star restaurant. This restaurant is at the entrance of Jianren Temple. The transportation is convenient and it is still quiet. It is said that the chef is from Junaijing. The craftsmanship is very good and the taste is excellent. It is a tall kaiseki cuisine that is very, very worth recommending to everyone.

Kaiseki cuisine is very exquisite. Every dish is exquisite, and the taste is good. Friends who like meat are advised not to go. Generally, just taste the taste. You can't eat enough.

After shopping, my stomach also felt a little hungry, so I came to this Japanese restaurant in the nearby neighborhood. The Japanese-style Tang Yang block of this store, as well as salmon sashimi and salmon are very good. Personal suggestions can be ordered. The price is also relatively high.

Authentic Japanese cuisine and elegant traditional environment but not too fresh, service is OK but not up to Michelin standards in Europe and America. After eating, I always feel that it is not worth it.

Nanchan Temple Shunzheng, didn't make a reservation, came here to try my luck, there are nice seats Ordered the snow, moon, and flower set meal, and also ordered a few dishes and draft beer In the set meal, you can choose tofu skin or soup tofu, I ordered both, and the tofu skin tasted better, you can scoop it yourself. I tried Kyoto cuisine tofu both times I came to Kyoto, and both were pretty good. The courtyard is very beautiful, with fallen maple leaves on the ground. I suggest you take a walk around the courtyard after dinner.

Suiran Hotel is convenient to get to from Sagano Station. Walk to Togetsu Bridge, turn right, and walk along the river to the end. The hotel has only a few dozen rooms, a typical Japanese garden and a riverside cafe. The room is decorated in a Western style, especially large, 45 square meters, clean and comfortable, in line with the taste of a boutique hotel. For rooms without hot springs, you can book a private hot spring, the hot spring water is carbonated spring.

Their cuisine is really creative and delicious, and of course the price is not cheap. As far as Japanese cuisine is concerned, their standard is the highest quality place. Every dish (more than 14 in total) not only looks good, but also tastes great. You can appreciate the ingenuity of each dish, and you can feel the balance of ingredients and seasoning in every bite. Highly recommended, if you can make a reservation among many people, please enjoy it!

Kaiseki cuisine was originally a meal served by the host to the guests during the Japanese tea ceremony. However, it is now not limited to the tea ceremony and has become a common high-end cuisine in Japan. "Kaiseki" means to be like a saint wearing a coarse cloth but holding a jade in his heart. Its form is "one soup and three dishes" (or one soup and two dishes).
