The altitude of the area ranges from 408 to 520 meters, and the altitude of the drifting river channel is between 408 and 428 meters. Tongren Grand Canyon is known as "China's most charming canyon". The boat ride on the emerald-green river with cool breezes gives a poetic feeling of "green mountains parting as the light boat passes through endless peaks." 🌟The hike isn't too strenuous, totaling about 16,000 steps. With kids in tow, including stops for photos, rest, and sheltering from rain, it took us roughly 4+ hours. 🌈Unfortunately, the weather was just okay—no double rainbow sighting. Skip the grilled crab at the snack shop, but the grilled shrimp is worth a try! ‼️The boat operator mentioned there hasn't been much rain lately, so the waterfalls aren’t very full.
