I've been to Bangkok, Thailand several times and I was looking for something new, so I found a temple close to the city that looked fun. I went to visit it. It took about an hour to get there by taking the BTS and BRT (bus) from Asoke. It's right after you get off the bus, so you don't get lost, and it's easy to get there without worrying about traffic jams. It seems that you need a special app for the BRT, which was a bit confusing. There was a ticket gate and a window, but they were closed, so I got on without knowing how to get there, and on the way back, I got on the train at the station? The guard at the stop? I think he was a guard, but I asked an employee to buy a smartphone ticket and a QR code, and I was able to transfer it to him. I went around looking for fun decorations like in the picture, but the hardest ones to find were Doraemon and Ace. Surprisingly, Sergeant Keroro was also there, and we all worked together to find him. It was also fun, and the catfish feeding was also impressive. The Beckham decorations, which are another name for this temple, are in a separate building so please stop by on your way to find the catfish. If you ask locals or people in shops selling catfish food or souvenirs, they will be happy to help you. Wat Pariwat, located about 30 minutes by car from central Bangkok, is an interesting spot where you can find various characters scattered around what appears to be an ordinary temple. There is no entrance fee. It's hard to imagine something like this being created in a temple in Japan, lol. I visited in the morning during the dry season in December, and there were no other tourists besides me. Local people were praying in what seemed to be the main hall.
