Restrooms were clean, and the other side of Cabrillo Beach is a great place to swim or learn because there are no tide or hard waves. There's also a fishing pier! Cool beach with swings and playground. Also free wifi. There weren’t too many people , then again I went on a week day. They have showers that close at 6 ( right side of parking ) as well as a shower that is open pretty much until the beach closes.
