🌊【The moment of eye contact with the gentle giant in the sea】🦈💙
In the Lila waters of Bohol, Philippines, meeting the legendary whale shark is not a dream.
Put on the mask, put on the fins, and jump into the sea. The moment, all the expectations become real.
In this transparent and shining blue world, they swim slowly by, as if saying: "Relax, this is my home, welcome to play."
🌤 A journey side by side with whale sharks is both shocking and healing, and experience the most peaceful and shocking beauty of nature.
This journey will definitely be remembered for a lifetime.
This trip was not only touching, but also full of awe:
⚠️ No flash
⚠️ No sunscreen (chemical)
⚠️ No feeding, no touching
This sea is their home, we are just travelers who visit for a short time🌊
I hope we can continue to coexist peacefully and appreciate it purely in the future🐳

Lila Whale Shark Village – Swim with Whale Sharks
Swimming with whale sharks is a must-experience when visiting Bohol. Lila Whale Shark Village is located on the south-central coast of Bohol, only about an hour's drive from Alona beach where most tourists gather. We arrived at around 7 o'clock that day. As soon as we bought the tickets and listened to the explanation at the Whale Shark Village, there was almost immediately a boat that could go out to the whale shark waters. There were also lockable cabinets to store your bags, and the key had a retractable ring. It can be put on your wrist, so you don't have to worry about having nowhere to put your keys when you go out to sea. I saw two whale sharks when I went into the sea that morning. The whale sharks would swim around, and sometimes they would accidentally swim next to us, getting very close, which was a rare experience. In addition to the salty seawater smell, there is also a shrimp smell that is saltier than seawater, which is used by boatmen to feed whale sharks.
There is also a dedicated bathroom space after landing. The girls' shower room is just like the bathhouse in a general swimming pool. The boys' shower room is much simpler, but it is still useful. If you have a subsequent trip to Bohol Island and want to continue on, you can go here Do rinse and change clothes.

A Wonder of Nature! Swim with Whale Sharks in Bohol Lila
Among the marine activities in Bohol, the Lila Whale Shark Tour is definitely a must-do. There is a whale shark watching program in Cebu, but it is quite far from Cebu City, so Bohol, which is relatively close, is convenient, as it is only an hour away.
The moment you see a whale shark... your mouth will drop open! In reality, salty seawater will come in when you open it, but haha
It is much bigger than I thought. It was a little scary at first, but the whale shark was busy eating shrimp paste and didn't pay any attention to us.
Plus, it is so gentle that it is cute!
If you go to Bohol, be sure to swim with the whale shark.

🇵🇭One-day trip to Bohol is a great deal|You can take notes of these tips✏️
In addition to being a diving paradise, Bohol also has many land attractions. This time I chose a one-day land tour, which cost less than NT$600 per person, and I was surprised by the price! I recommend the following itinerary to everyone:
-
🗺️Itinerary:
Alona-Tropical Zoo-Tarsier Park-Chocolate Hills-Various churches and landmarks in Bohol City. Each of the attractions has a small ticket fee.
-
🐒 Tarsier Park ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tarsier is the national treasure of the Philippines. We only saw 4 small tarsiers, all of which were looked after by staff. In addition, you have to pay extra for taking photos. Including the souvenir shop, the total time was no more than 20 minutes.
·
🍫Chocolate Hill⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A well-known landmark in Bohol, it is a must-visit place. You can see small mounds of earth, which are shaped like pyramids. It is also a must-visit place. I recommend you to spend more time at Chocolate Hills, it is very beautiful to take photos~
·
🦋Tropical Zoo⭐️
Various butterflies, pythons, crocodiles, birds, it is a bit hot inside, I personally think it is not necessary to come
-
⛪️Various landmarks and churches⭐️⭐️
Most of them are free, the church is still very beautiful, showing the history of the Philippines being colonized by Spain, there are many churches on Panglao Island, you can go and visit them if you see them.
-
The above attractions are all visited through the [38 Traveler] chartered car one-day tour. I personally think it is very cost-effective and can be used for 10 hours.
Except for the Chocolate Hills and Tarsier, you can decide whether to stop at the rest.
-
🌅In the evening, you can also go to Alona Beach to enjoy the sunset with your friends. If you are lucky, you can also see a fire dance performance, which is a rare experience!

Swim with Whale Sharks in Cebu
The reason for coming to Cebu this time is to see whale sharks.
In Cebu, you can kiss these little cuties in Oslob and Lila respectively.
Because our schedule was tight, we planned all activities on Bohol Island. Our tour group was leaving at 0600. When we arrived at the whale shark center, we heard how to protect them and swim with them. Please do not apply sunscreen as it will be harmful to them.
Seeing the huge whale sharks in the sea, I felt a little touched. Although they have huge bodies, they have kind hearts.
