Had chowder with soda bread, thick and warm, and laughed over coffee until the light outside started turning gold 🥣☕ Later, up near the castle ruins, we sat on an old stone wall and watched the sun begin to dip behind the hills. It wasn’t dramatic. Just soft. Like the town itself, nothing trying too hard, everything just quietly beautiful. And at night? The pubs came alive, but not in a loud way.
