#jakatarguide One of my favorite moments in Jakarta was spending a quiet afternoon enjoying a buffet spread filled with everything from crispy fried snacks to delicate tarts and pastries. It felt like stepping into a mini food paradise. The dessert section especially caught my attention with beautifully decorated cream puffs and fruit tarts that looked almost too good to eat. The buffet area was cozy but lively, filled with a mix of locals and travelers like me. I loved that there were free-flow drinks too, with options like iced tea and fresh juice. This massive buffet at Sana Sini restaurant was made famous several years ago by a youtuber Mike chen. I never really intended to go for a buffet, but while in Jakarta and put up at the Pullman. It had been raining, makes things messy. Especially we didn't carry a rain friendly footwear. So the two of us thought why not give the buffet a try. The restaurant is huge and has a all you can eat buffet that will surely count as amongst the biggest of buffets in all of Indonesia. There are many cooking stations. I am not the most familiar with the cuisines in this part of the world. But the servers will bring you different kinds of dishes from the Indonesian, sushi, Chinese, Asian , Western, French cheese, dessert dessert sections. It is almost impossible to get money's worth by trying everything. But that also means that you would get to try many new things and figure out what works for you. The quality was good enough. I cannot compare it to buffets in other parts of the world. As I mentioned, I was already overwhelmed with a variety of foreign dishes. The staff was very friendly and polite.
