Stay here because it is near to airport and from picture it seems unique hotel. It also near to Mitsui Outlet, Sepang. By the time we were checking in, only two receptionists were in charge at the reception counter. Our check-in process took too long as there was a queue - were kinda disappointed with the slow service during check-in but the staff very helpful & friendly. Room is considered big but I think management needs to consider to refurbish it as it is a bit older. Premises and room well maintained. Love the room. Bed and pillows comfortable. Air conditioning good. Water pressure good. Facilities like Swimming pool and gym separates to male and female. We had our breakfast at Temasya Cafe.Breakfast good with varieties of spread. Just the parking arrangement and walking to lobby is not very convenient. #newyearadventure Stayed overnight before catching a flight. Shuttle service and proximity to the factory outlet is a plus. The breakfast spread is great and above expectations. Two minor issues were the door electrical system was down but it was repaired quickly. There was construction work, hammering and drilling at 10am, would have appreciated it if the management warned us beforehand. My flight was early in the morning. Instead of waiting at KLIA, i choose to make some deep rest at a great hotel. I think this place is cheaper than others with classy and better ambiance. The place was really quite and full of privacy. The hotel is well maintained. It comes with spacious clean room, helpful staff, awesome lobby and good standard facilities. No need to worry about transportation because they provide shuttle service to KLIA. You can also use grab car. The fare should be cheap because the location is close to KLIA (around 5-7mins driving). It was a great stay and convenient to catch up my flight! #kliahotel #movenpickklia

The room door switch is a bit insensitive The toilet sink got blocked immediately, and the water pressure wasn't great either The air conditioning was the most frustrating, it was always too cold no matter how I adjusted it, later I found out that they had set it to a cooler temperature based on a previous guest's request and subsequent guests couldn't adjust it themselves, needing staff to climb a ladder to turn on the air conditioning directly After that, it was always very hot🥵 turns out they had set the room air conditioning to a constant temperature, what's the point of adjusting the air then I'm too lazy to call someone to adjust it back The breakfast and lunch were average I personally found the dinner unappetizing

Most of the people I met were Chinese transit passengers. The most critical issue is the poor signal at the hotel; my own SIM card had no service, and the WiFi was so bad that sending text messages took forever, creating a sense of inexplicable insecurity.

During our stay at Mövenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA, the Chocolate Hour was hosted in Sira Lobby Lounge from 3pm to 4pm daily. While the chocolate desserts and selection were not wide, we did enjoy the sweet treats. Do note that beverages are not included.

Serving breakfast from 6.30-10.39 am, there's a good selection of Western and Asian cuisine. The ambiance is warm and relaxing, featuring wood, brick and copper within a marketplace themed atmosphere. There is a noodle, egg as well as a roti canai station. I especially loved the Movenpick rosti.

So right after check-in, we headed to Sira Lounge to enjoy The Chocolate Hour. Over here, we enjoyed 60 minutes of chocolate indulgence. Although a small variety of chocolates were available, the chocolates were decadent. It came in all shapes and sizes and there's a variety of chocolate dipping sauce!!! So if you're staying at Movenpick Hotel, KLIA, make sure not to miss this sweet treat!

The hotel provides scheduled shuttle to both KLIA and Mitsui Outlet Park. As we stepped into to hotel lobby, we were in awe of the hotel's majestic atrium which was five storeys high! Check-in was a breeze and the rooms were well appointed and clean. Beds and pillows were especially comfy. Service was also wonderful with friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a place to unwind pre or post flights.

There is a Mitsui outlet near the hotel where you can go shopping. The hotel staff is ok.

I recently went for a holiday with my family at Movenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA Hotel, the famous and fantastic hotel with its exclusive art collections located in Sepang near KLIA. It was for two days and one night stays for our family day and I have made the booking through trip.com. I had booked a family suite room and when we arrived at the room, I found out it can easily fit a family five, or even, six! At first glance, the decorations of the room look elegant and beautiful. It has two king beds and two sofas and a balcony. The room even comes with a 60" Samsung TV, with Astro provided as well! It also comes with an indoor pool with a heater. The panoramic view is spectacular and I enjoyed watching the sunsets during my stay there. Other than that, the food was scrumptious! There's a lot of western or even traditional food there. Their chicken chop is superb. All the tourist there looks satisfied with their stay in that hotel. After finishing the dish, we saw there's gymnastics and a pool for kids too! I agreed if people said this hotel is filled with many useful facilities because it does. Despite that, I would 100% recommend this hotel to my friends and family. You may find it your best stay yet in Sepang near KLIA as it provides you peacefulness and harmonious view. I would rate this hotel a 9 out of 10.
