~ Many people only know that Lianbao Yeze is there in Aba County, but actually, their county town is also very beautiful, especially in summer. Summer can be said to be legendary. Aba County is a Tibetan area where agriculture and animal husbandry are combined, so its grassland resources are very rich. Many people go to Western Sichuan only to visit Tagong and Xinduqiao nearby, but the grasslands there are really dry and barren, unlike Aba County, where the grasslands are visibly lush and green. If you don't have the chance to go to Xinjiang, then come to Aba. The best spot to appreciate the Aba grasslands is at the Luorina Light and Shadow Scenic Service Area. You can directly search for this place in your navigation system; all my photos were taken here. From here, you can overlook the entire panorama of Aba County, as well as the exquisite and magnificent Langyi Monastery. The grasslands of Aba will unfold before you. If possible, it's best to visit at dawn or dusk. I went to shoot at dusk, and the light and shadows were unparalleled. If you go in the morning, there's a good chance to see the morning mist, with the entire Langyi Monastery enveloped in it, resembling a fairyland. However, if it's raining or overcast, I wouldn't recommend going, as the effect will be greatly diminished. In summer, this hillside is full of wildflowers, and many locals come up to the mountain to 'play in the fields'. Please respect local customs.

In Aba County, the most visited place is Lianbaoyezhe, but I would like to share two small treasures here: Langyi Temple and Gemo Temple. Self-driving pets The largest Bon temple, it has a history of more than a thousand years. I strongly recommend sisters to go to the observation deck to watch the sunrise, it's so beautiful!! Navigate to "Langyi Temple", and the navigation only takes you to the entrance of the temple. Feel free to continue driving up along the small mountain road (the lane is a bit narrow, so drive slowly). You will reach the parking lot in a few minutes, and then walk along the plank road to the observation deck to wait for the sunrise. From the viewing platform, you can overlook the entire Langyi Temple and Aba County. The sky is hazy and the surroundings are very quiet. Many photography enthusiasts gather here waiting to take pictures of the advection fog. When the sun rose, advection fog slowly drifted over from the mountains, and a wisp of smoke gradually rose from the temple. The smoke was as misty as a fairyland, and the "Castle in the Sky" with special effects appeared before my eyes. We were walking back at about 7:30. When we passed the temple, we saw monks in groups of three or four turning the prayer wheels. I noticed that the direction they turned the prayer wheels in was different from what I usually saw. Later, I asked the owner of the B&B and learned that Bon religion worships and turns the prayer wheels counterclockwise. “Going against the clockwise direction” and “following the way of heaven”. A temple that houses Tsongkhapa's relics, the tallest Maitreya Buddha statue indoors, and an elevator. Navigate to "Gemo Temple", which is less than half an hour's drive from Aba County. Parking and visiting are free. The Bodhi Pagoda has seven floors, and the elevator can reach the fifth floor. There were many devout people kneeling and prostrating themselves. Taking photos was prohibited inside the tower. Words could not express the atmosphere, so I couldn’t help but put my hands together. It’s nice to take pictures outside the tower, with yellow and white colors, yellow walls and white monks’ dormitories. The animals here, big and small, are not afraid of strangers and are warm and cute. Just watching them quietly, their hearts gradually calmed down.
