You can enjoy the beautiful seaside scenery just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The sunset in the evening is breathtaking, and you can take amazing photos📸. The surrounding area is convenient for transportation, so you can easily go shopping or visit popular attractions. 💒Hotel Environment As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be greeted by a sense of Japanese simplicity and elegance. The warm lighting and exquisite decorations instantly make you feel relaxed. The public areas are spacious and comfortable, and the greenery adds vitality to the space, making it a peaceful oasis in the bustling city. 🛏️Room Experience I stayed in a deluxe sea view room, which was spacious and elegantly decorated. From the warm welcome at check-in to helping with various issues during my stay, they made me feel very welcome. Once, I accidentally left something in the restaurant, and the staff quickly contacted me and kept it safe. I was very impressed! I have stayed here many times and all room types are great❤️ This time we stayed in the most standard room and it was elegant and nicely decorated. I especially loved the marble bathroom, which was gorgeous! The bathtub area with its lovely pattern makes me happy when bathing. The breakfast was delicious and varied. #HotelReview The Okura Hotel Manila is a hotel that Japan is proud of, and the cypress bathtub in particular creates a high-class hotel experience that matches the Japanese lifestyle. The room was spacious enough, and the breakfast seemed to be something that was tailored to Japanese people. The building is located next to Resorts World, and you can get there from Ninoy Aquino International Airport T3 without going outside the terminal building. The price is also set according to the service. I recommend it to everyone.

Upon arriving the hotel's driveway, we were greeted by the security guard and assisted us to unload our luggages from the car while we wait for the bellman to arrive and collect our luggage. When we entered the hotel, security guards greeted us with a smile. Meanwhile, the greeter or the staff standing near the eacalator ( wearing a kimono dress) didn't even approach us or ask if we need any assistance since we were standing there searching for the check in area. I was holding my baby and my other son which no one even bothered to assist us. We needed to approach her and ask if she could tell us where the reception is. She then pointed where the lift is. In the check in area, front desk staffs were not that friendly compared to other hotels that we've stayed, no greeting until I approached one of their staff for check in. Other staffs still continued talking to each other while we were checking in. I've requested for a thermometer since my baby has a fever, but turns out that they can only lend you the thermometer if its an emergency, bottle sterilizer is not available as well which is odd. Since they cannot lend me their thermometer, they didn't even care to tell us another options. Didn't even offer any kids amenities since they saw that i have 2 kids with me, I needed to ask when we reached our room. It was so disappointing. But when we went for our breakfast the next day, restaurant staff were really nice and we could feel the 5 star service, thanks to the team, my family enjoyed their meal.
