A Peaceful Day in Yufuin with JR Kyushu Pass 🚆🌿

Yufuin is one of those towns that feel like they belong in a fairytale—quiet streets, cozy cafes, and a mountain backdrop that takes your breath away. Using my JR Kyushu Pass, I hopped on the train from Fukuoka and arrived in just a couple of hours. The ride itself was so scenic—rolling hills, rivers, and charming little stations along the way. 🏞️ Once in Yufuin, I strolled down Yunotsubo Kaido, tried local snacks, and found the cutest handmade souvenirs. The whole town is walkable, with surprises at every corner—from art museums to hot spring foot baths. 🥟👣 My favorite part? The view of Mount Yufu reflecting on Kinrinko Lake. It was calm, surreal, and totally unforgettable. 🌅 With the JR Pass, it’s easy and affordable to explore places like this. Yufuin truly feels like a gentle hug from nature. 🍃
