The Keikyu Line station is also within an 8-minute walking distance, making it conveniently accessible from two stations. The smallest room starts at 17 square meters. The selected Seaside Deluxe Twin Room is a corner room offering a wide view of Tokyo Bay and Odaiba, along with the skyscrapers of Shinagawa. I checked in around 11:30 PM and was assigned a room on the 21st floor. To reach the guest rooms, you need to transfer elevators at the 17th-floor lobby. There is also a restaurant on the same floor. The hotel is situated above a commercial facility, which includes an AEON store, making it suitable for long-term stays. It is part of the same hotel group as Chisun Hotel, and Loisir has also expanded into Korea. Currently, the Myeongdong Millore Hotel in Korea was previously branded as Loisir. When I stayed there last year, traces of the Loisir branding were still visible. Having stayed at several Chisun Hotels, the atmosphere felt familiar. Although the hotel has been recently reopened under a new brand, it uses a central heating system, so individual temperature control in the rooms seems unavailable. The bedding and bathroom are typical of a business hotel, and the spaciousness of the room reminded me of the MyStays hotel chain. The staff were energetic and friendly. Breakfast costs 1,850 yen, but the taste felt somewhat lacking for the price. I had booked the stay during winter at a discounted rate, paying around 7,000 yen including breakfast. Thank you.
