It is pure cacao that has been minimally processed and does not contain sugar, milk, or emulsifiers like regular chocolate. It is richer and more bitter than dark chocolate, and has a strong aroma. This cafe offers drinks and creative fusion menus that bring out the deep flavor of local cacao. It emphasizes the deep and bitter flavor of cacao unique to the Philippines, not imported chocolate. Another unique feature of this place is that they directly stir the chocolate with a traditional whisk (Batirol). It is located in the center of many tourist attractions such as Tagaytay, Manila, and Baguio, so it is easily accessible.
