Accommodation: Colombo city hotels (e.g., Galle Face Hotel or Cinnamon Red). Day 2: Sigiriya Morning: Private car/bus to Sigiriya (~4-hour drive). Sigiriya Rock: Climb the UNESCO World Heritage "Sky Palace," see frescoes and panoramic views. Afternoon: Dambulla Cave Temple: Explore cave Buddha statues. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (optional): Watch elephants bathe (detour required). Evening: Accommodation: Sigiriya unique hotels (e.g., Jetwing Vil Uyana eco-resort). Day 3: Negombo Morning: Negombo Fish Market (best at dawn): Watch fishermen trade, experience local life. St. Mary's Church: Colonial-era Catholic church.
