🌞Finally, Alila has launched brunch! At "Ying Ting," my girlfriends and I enjoyed the perfect weekend kickoff. The Japanese-style brunch setup shows meticulous care for ingredients and service. You can savor Australian M9 Wagyu beef, Canadian lobster, and more. The chef's live cooking demonstration adds a full sense of ceremony! The appetizers pair perfectly with drinks— I recommend the creative highball cocktails, with seasonal fruit flavors to choose from. And the desserts here are absolutely divine. Savoring delicious food and drinks while admiring the view outside the window— So chill, so joyful~ 🌳The organic garden on the 5th floor is like an oasis in the city. Some ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants are sourced from here. The sustainability concept is truly heartwarming. Another beautiful day with my girls begins.
