Timeless Majesty: Exploring Gyeongbokgung Palace

#seoulspots Gyeongbokgung Palace is located in northern Seoul, South Korea, the palace was destroyed during the Japanese invasions of Korea in the late 16th century and later rebuilt in the 19th century. Unfortunately, much of it was again demolished during the Japanese occupation in the early 20th century. Restoration efforts have been ongoing since the 1990s, gradually returning the palace to its former glory.
