San Francisco, a city travelogue where hills, sea, and emotions coexist

#July Travel Support Fund San Francisco was attractive because of the sea breeze and unique atmosphere that I felt as soon as I arrived. The pretty Victorian houses perched on the hill and the bridges stretching out to the sea caught my eye, conveying the city's unique sensibility. The first stop was the Golden Gate Bridge. The orange bridge that I had only seen in pictures felt different in scale when I actually saw it. The view of the bridge in the background as I crossed over to the Marin Headlands was really impressive. The sea breeze was strong and it was a little cold, but the scenery made me forget everything. The next stop was the Alcatraz Island tour. This former prison was eerie and interesting, like a scene from a movie. I listened to the audio guide and toured the solitary confinement cells and the prison, and the stories of that time felt vivid. At Fisherman's Wharf, I ate clam chowder on freshly baked sourdough bread. At Pier 39, sea lions were enjoying the sun, and the lively street atmosphere made the travelers' hearts even more excited. I took a picture of Lombard Street, famous for its zigzag road on the hill. It was a short road, but the scenery with its unique and cute gardens was beautiful. In the evening, I walked through Chinatown and North Beach and had a meal at an Italian restaurant. On the last day, I took a leisurely walk in Golden Gate Park and looked around the Japanese garden and the De Young Museum. It was a place where nature and art coexisted, so I was able to heal in the city. San Francisco was a city where the sea and hills, culture and gourmet food all coexisted. Although it was a short trip, it was a trip where I could feel emotion, fun, and even healing. #SanFranciscoTravel #GoldenGateBridge #AlcatrazIsland #Fisherman'sWharf #LombardStreet #SanFranciscoRestaurants #NorthBeach #Chinatown #GoldenGatePark #USWestTravel #SanFranciscoVlog #EmotionalCity #BucketListTravel
