Wuling is in taroko national park, where driving can be abit scary due to the narrow roads but it's a 2 way traffic. And if the sky is clear, you be able to see gorgeous unblock views of Taiwan mountainous region. Wuling is 3070m high where the air can be thin, so take sometime to explore this place slowly, there is a hike up, away from the main area which bring you to another part of wuling where the cars can't go.
