Wat Mani Wong, Nakhon Nayok Province

Wat Mani Wong is a temple of the people under the Mahanikaya sect. It is located in Village No. 2, Ban Nong Krapho, Dong Lak Sub-district, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, Nakhon Nayok Province. There is an elephant kneeling using its trunk to hold a water jar and on the other side is a monkey holding a honeycomb. This posture is the Buddha image for people born on Wednesday nights. The temple with the large golden Buddha image is called Luang Pho Phan Lan or Phra Phutta Rat Mani Si Hathai Naresuan, every pillar of the temple has a dragon statue. The sala was built in 1975.
