the rescape@Miyakojima Food Edition

The Rescape is a villa-style hotel located in the middle of untouched nature, where you can enjoy a meal in a restaurant with a view of the sea. For dinner, we had a French course meal using ingredients from Miyakojima, and the vegetables, fish, and meat all had gentle flavors and were delicious. The portions were just right. We also had shabu-shabu made with Agu pork, wagyu beef, fresh seafood, and local vegetables in the in-room dining area, which was also very satisfying! And the breakfast was delicious!
